No better way to absorb Central Park then an hour’s yoga under the trees on the Sheep Meadow. Lorine was an excellent yogi, gently guiding us through a thoughtful Hatha style practice. It was fun, mindful and altogether one of the best yoga sessions I’ve ever had.

Clear targets and good explanations. Again and again with good encouragement, even if not all exercises worked for me, was it a fulfilling hour.

Yoga Trail is a dream come true. Taking yoga classes with marvelous teachers, on the grass, under those majestic trees, in the middle of the most beautiful Park in the world! It's just a magnificent gift from life. Thank you! Every time is a rejuvenating experience!

Instruct was friendly more interactive, was not too intense and was a balance of beginner & advance level
