This was an awesome tour! Jude is a great tour guide as he knows all about the history, flora and fauna of the swamp. He makes you feel like long time friends! Our party of 4 had a great time and we will definitely be back to go hang and cruise the swamp with one of the most down home people you could ever meet. Thanks again Jude!

This was an amazing adventure for our family of 5! If you have any interest in the outdoors, fishing, Louisiana water ways, or alligators you must see Jude!This guy makes you feel like family and I didn’t want to leave! We were looking for a small company that would give us individualized attention. We didn’t share the boat with strangers that we didn’t have anything in-common with like the larger swamp tours have. He is not a rehearsed guide that hits the high points. This is his, and his family’s, home and he knows how to share a wealth of knowledge. His explanations were so interesting and educational. He takes questions and gives you straight up answers. The ride was great and the views are amazing. And we got to see some gators too!!

My family took the airboat swamp tour with Jude as our guide on a Sunday morning in June. This place is a little 'off the grid' and google maps got us a little lost because of a closed bridge, but we called Jude and he send us a screenshot with directions and we made it there just a little late. The tour was amazing, I would highly recommend it to anyone. Jude is very knowledgeable and experienced. We spent two full hours exploring the swamp ecosystem. We got to see plenty of wildlife close up, including the much anticipated alligators, who are apparently known by name to Jude! My family of 2 high school girls say it is a: '10/10 must do again' experience. Well worth the drive and reasonable fee.

Very natural because the do not feed the animals just for having a tourist attraction. Not touristic!

We didn't make any reservations (tried to call but didn't reach the owner) and just showed up. There was no trip planned but we left on a 90 minute private tour just the two of us and Mr Mequet Senior as the captain. The experience was exhilerating. The natural beauty of the Atchafelaya swamp area is stunning and we were lucky that there was more water arounf than would normally be the case in August. The speed of the airboat gives an adrenaline rush. The wildlife if interesting, including the alligator family that we visited in a quiet side creek. Highly recommended.
