tripadvisorGreat selection and friendly staff. When we were there they were celebrating something with free ice cream. One caution, if you aren't very mobile, no handicapped accessibility so you can see first floor only
MoreAre you interested in old things and antiques? This place is worth a few hours of your time checking out what they have to offer. 3 levels of hidden gems for you to find.
MoreVery nice antique store. Friendly staff. Well-organized. Clean. Good prices. Nice location. Lots of levels of antiques.
MoreWe actually went to the River Market area to visit the steamboat museum, but we had to wait until noon as it was closed for a private showing until then. So we walked over to this antique store to waste a couple of hours. We both enjoy looking at and sometimes buying vintage items where ever we travel. Besides, being March 8, 2023, it was a bit chilly outdoors so good to be inside. This is a consignment type antique store, meaning there are many private dealers with separate booths. The disadvantage is that one cannot really haggle on a price (since the owners of the items are not present) as one can in a on-owner shop. HINT: the best discount one can get is 10% on a minimum of a $50 purchase from each individual booth. Be sure to ask for it if applicable. There is the basement with lesser priced goods. 1st and 2nd floors are higher priced in general. The top floor is all vintage clothing. Generally, this is a pretty nice antique store, and if you are a savvy shopper, you can find a deal. My wife and I both did.
MoreEasy to find and park. Had fun looking through the different levels, full of nostalgia of yesteryear, good memories what our parents held dear. Plenty to see, of course bought goods to remind us of our visit. A different type of mall, but worth the visit.
