tripadvisorIve been a member since it first opened. There is no loyalty to what they called founding members back then. The price keeps jumping up but they take things away. Where's the value in that? I won't have access to their newest club on Durango unless I up my dues to $379 a month. They're doing away w the cycling classes all together in favor of pilates reformers, which requires an upgrade to a Signature membership.
More⭐☆☆☆☆Life Time presents itself as a luxury, high-end fitness club that prides itself on premium service and member experience, but my recent interaction did not reflect that standard at all.As former members interested in returning, we sent a thoughtful inquiry expressing how much we valued the club and wanted to rejoin. The response from management was a generic copy-and-paste message with only pricing and enrollment instructions. There was no welcome back, no appreciation, and no acknowledgment of our previous loyalty or positive feedback. For a brand that consistently promotes itself as luxury and service-focused, the lack of basic hospitality in communication was extremely disappointing.
MoreSuch a great facility with such fantastic instructors. There’s literally everything under one roof and it’s more like a club. I live the vibe there of something constantly happening from barre and Pilates to yoga and zumba. The cafe is quite nice too and they make some good smoothies. Good for the entire family as it’s child friendly and has plenty of activities to keep the younger ones occupied too like rock climbing. And yes, life time bans firearms on its premises. I got a photo
Morei would say lifetime is a good gym for families, especially if you are in the law enforcement network. lots of gossipy people, nice gym. really nice when it's empty. i love watching old ladies flirt with the male trainers and the guys flirt back. everything is always being cleaned and i like that. i think this gym benefits families with young kids more than solo members going for a quick hour workout (value for your money unless it's no object). this is a place i would spend a few hours, like 2-3. there is so much to do...swim, tan, yoga, lift weights, treadmills, pilates, zumba, all the workout type classes, steam room, shower, eat at the cafe, booster injections, play tennis, get message or hair done at spa, drop off/pick up kids daycare areas etc.... you can literally spa-day every day here. ps. you can be defamed within the law enforcement network and it will follow you publically. so just be careful who you talk to.
MoreI have been a member here since it opened in 2014. If you are looking for a gym that caters to high-end country club style clientele, this is your facility. The gym has a large open exercise floor with a variety of free weights, heavy weights, circuit machines, treadmills, group classrooms (with a ridiculous number of classes) ellipticals, etc.., basketball courts, tennis courts (indoors and out), pools (heated indoors and out). The mens and womens locker rooms have adject wet and dry saunas and a jacuzzi. The locker rooms are well-kept and are regularly clean (no funny smells)... Additional services on site include a hair, nail and spa (massages, facials, etc..), there's on on-site cafe, medical services, free child care and a wide range of fitness related services.. Outdoors the facilities simulate your local casino/hotel with an olympic lap pool and then a resort style pool for the kiddos (including slides), a bar, and cafe. There are cushioned loungers and tables for sunning or cabanas available for a nominal fee for special days or events. As with any gym, there have been a few occasions where something hasn't gone quite right (ID card not working, lost item, etc..), but folks here did make an effort to resolve it quickly and politely. I have used the facilities for all but the child care and I can say while food, drink and services are on the high side, it's not unreasonable. Yes, monthly membership is on the high side but this is intended to be marketed to a higher end clientele more like a country club. I will continue to recommend this club to folks, but only those who actually use the services otherwise you mighht be better off at a LVAC or the like. I'm happy to answer any questions.
