Room was not nice, dead bugs, moldy bed skirt, not hot water in the shower or the whirlpool tub, bed was very uncomfortable (pillow top was just a very old mattress protector.

Upon arrival, front desk gave us options for saving a few dollars, and put us in a room location that allowed us to see our vehicle (carrying equipment). Room was clean in appearance, and also smell (no cleaning smells or previous guest smells) was very pleasant. Finally, the breakfast was one of the nicest on my 4-hotel trip.

Great stay for the price. It’s nothing crazy, but the rooms are clean, the people are nice (Nani at the front desk is very polite and welcoming), has a little sitting area with a pull out sofa so the room feels a bit bigger than some. Again, great cost-efficient option.

Overall, my stay was good. However, there were inadequate towels for the number of guests. The shower drained very slowly resulting in standing water by the ed of your bath. At checkout, there was no one to take the work order

Our stay at Comfort Suites was wonderful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was good, with several gluten-free options available, which I really appreciated.During our stay, we did run into an issue with our room when the shower didn't have any hot water. Nani was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He worked hard to troubleshoot the problem and, when it couldn't be resolved, quickly helped us move to a new room. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a positive experience. We really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. We would happily stay here again.
