First Choice Property Management specializes in "Placing Owners Rental worries to REST". We manage single-family residences, multi-family, HOA's, and commercial. Ask about our proprietary tenant screening score sheet. First Choice has the only remote showing and security system in the country. This system provides 24-hour monitoring of properties while vacant and remotely allows potential tenants to view available properties, from a cell phone. In March of 2016, First Choice was again ahead of the field by being one of, if not the First, property management company to introduce a MOBILE APP for both Android and iPhones. For better, more qualified tenants or to improve your current tenant situation.
