Nola's restaurant recommendations were fantastic—she suggested options that matched exactly what I was looking for, and every meal exceeded my expectations. It's clear she genuinely cares about ensuring guests have a great experience both inside and outside the hotel ( Southern Hospitality) at its best!The breakfast was AMAZING ( yum).Exceptional customer service makes all the difference. the professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail shown by her definitely enhanced my visit as we were stressed from traveling, and hoping everything with the planning went smoothly. MoreBeing greeted by a smile and warm hello upon entering the foyer every time was wonderful. Both Treena and Kate were very kind and helpful, but every employee I came in contact with left thing what a great job the interviewer did selecting that employee for the position. The hotel itself is nothing extravagant, but it’s well taken care of and clean. Bedding and pillows were comfortable. The rooms are not crowded and laid out nicely (single king room). Would highly recommend for mid-level price point.
