When I go on holiday, transfers are often a source of concern, but Pink Shuttle MIAMI transformed that worry into ease. From my arrival at MIA to the pick-up from the cruise port, their exceptional service made all the difference. With constant updates on pick-up times and clear instructions, Pink Shuttle turned what could have been a stressful experience into a seamless journey. They invited me to relax and enjoy every moment, taking the stress out of my transfers.

From start to finish, our experience with Pink Shuttle was exceptional. Fabiana provided amazing customer service. She responded promptly, answered all our questions clearly, and handled everything professionally via email and through WhatsApp.Our driver, Santiago, was so wonderful! He was friendly, calm, and very knowledgeable about the area. Most importantly, he was very patient and accommodating with our kids and grandparents, which made the ride so much smoother for our family. We loved how jolly he is!We felt completely at ease the entire trip and truly trust Pink Shuttle 100%. Highly recommend their service to anyone visiting Florida — we’ll definitely book with them again every time we return!

We were a party of 6 that needed multiple transfers on our trip to Miami. MIA to hotel, several days later from hotel to cruise port and finally from cruise port back to MIA. Everything went flawlessly and communication from original booking to the days of each transport was efficient and clear. I have used Pink Shuttle in the past and once again was extremely pleased with their service. I will definitely be using them again!!

No shuttle showed up. No help. Stranded 8 people. No help or assistance with rectifying the situation. Had to get our own transportation.

Our group of eight booked four rides ahead of time with Pink Shuttle. Roberto was our driver for all four trips. He was friendly and very accommodating. For two of the trips, I changed the times and it was no problem. I very highly recommend this service!! Great communication!
