I ordered online. Not only did you not ship my order for 9!days from the time I placed the order, it sat in Denver for 2 days. I am not understanding why you shipped it the method you did and why you took so long to ship it. Because of your lack of commitment to service, my Christmas gift was not delivered and will ruin the anticipated excitement that would have been the highlight of the day. Very disappointed in Wisconsin. Thanks

I was at Pier 39 and went to Wilder West Urban Western Outfitters. They h ave a variety of westenr wear and items, including boots.

I made a clothing purchase for a toddler on a Wednesday afternoon and while they weren’t rude, the staff wasn’t friendly or helpful. Later that night, I realized I needed to exchange the outfit for the next larger size. I was at the door at 10 a.m. (posted opening time) the following morning, hoping to make the exchange before heading to the airport. No one was there to open the store and I had to leave at 10:30. Even the FedEx guy couldn’t believe they weren’t open and left several boxes at the door. There was a help wanted sign in the window. Perhaps good help is hard to find. I was very disappointed to not be able to exchange the outfit.

My wife and I stopped here looking for a gift for my father-in-law and enjoyed the selection here. There is a wide variety and something for every budget.

This is one of our favorite places to shop. We have several stores in Atlanta we frequent. And a 2 story shop in Savannah, GA too. Love UO!
