For many years I was a regular client at the ME Spa in Lakewood, CO. I had a regular aesthetician and I always asked for ME spa gift cards for Mother's Day and Christmas. Last Christmas, my husband bought me a ME spa gift card. I tried to use it in February and the spa was closed! There was no notice or anything- just an announcement saying that it was relocating in January 2025. Several months ago I found out that it is relocating in Phoenix, Arizona. I have a gift card with $382 for services I canNOT use! I have called various spa locations asking to be connected with someone in corporate, I have emailed the corporate office, I have used all the means that they list on their website and no one has responded. It has been several months now and all I want is a refund. My husband and I are senior citizens- he can no longer work- and $382 is a lot of money for us. I just wanted to resolve this amicably, but now I'm upset.

The massage was great, no negative feedback in that department! However, the girl who greeted at the front desk was hopefully new as she did not show me to the lockers, didn't offer me a robe (although I had a reflexology treatment I have never been in a spa that doesn't at least offer for one to change into a robe). I was on a limited time frame and me having to make those requests, cut into my quality time at the spa.

This is my second time visiting and this time I brought four friends… It was wonderful the services were all excellent the therapists were all wonderful and friendly we had a great time and would definitely return.

Wow - just had an amazing 30 minute facial with Patty! I especially liked the products she used, the neck & shoulders massage and the facial massage! I will definitely be back and do an Hour next time.

I use Me Spa in Naperville, Illinois for a pedicure every five weeks or so.The facility is very comfortable and quiet.And, my pedicurist (Barrie) is fantastic.
