Located on the eastern side of the main campus of Baker University, the Old Castle Museum preserves and displays the institution’s rich history and heritage. Now a museum, the structure initially served as the college at the inception of the university and was famously known as the College Building throughout Kansas. With a number of artifacts and archives exhibited here, the facility showcases the early history of the state and the institution. This museum is also listed on the National Register for being a great example of vernacular architecture.
