I'm Robin Lavitch. Surpass Your Goals is the name of my coaching business and also this website. Let me start by explaining the letters after my name, MA refers to my Master's degree in developmental psychology. CPC indicates that I have a certification as a professional coach. That means I'm qualified to be a coach ... believe it or not some coaches have not been trained or certified, they just use the title of coach. I am also certified in several specialty tools for coaching: LEGO Serious Play®, GALLUP Strengths Finder®, Change Works®, Myers-Briggs, DISC, and many, many more.
