It is simple enough. We all do it every day. Yet, to develop a truly discriminating palate is quite another thing all together. With an appreciation of unique flavor profiles, impeccable culinary technique, and creative presentation, one begins to discover the very special connection between food and the lives we live. At Southern Accent Catering, we like to view food as a presentation.
