We called and booked a tour for the next day. It seems that they are willing to give tours daily, but typically the demand is such they manage to give a couple per week on average. The factory is in an industrial park - easy to get to, and plenty of parking. We booked a 1 PM tour, and were warmly greeted by Dave. Two adults, and two grandchildren 7 & 9, he demonstrated every aspect from design to finished product. They have been doing this for some time, and they still have the blueprints and specifications for every organ they have ever built - this comes in handy when they have to repair or rebuild one of their former projects. It was fascinating to learn they manufacture almost everything that goes into an organ in house. Unlike many factory tours, we were walking through a working facility and interacting with the artists that are working on building and refurbishing various projects. There is something to see for every interest - they have woodworking, metal fabrication, leather work, electronics, tuning (voicing) and assembly. Dave also pointed out this is a process that starts with an order, and is not done until it is installed and tuned (again). Their attention to detail is impressive in that they are not only building a musical instrument, but also art that will be admired by all that see it.

If your on the fence about this attraction , I would say Go. Our tour guide Tom was very easy to talk with, he answered all kinds of questions, the tour was fantastic. I had no idea what was involved in the making of Pipe organs but I will have a greater respect when I hear one. Realize this company builds and makes the parts all in the USA. Thank you the great visit.

This tour takes you through every step of making a pipe organ from start to finish. We had a wonderful tour guide who explained everything in great detail and was happy to answer any questions as well along the way. You get to see so much of what they do here and even a sneak behind the organ to see the pieces at work. Pretty cool. The tour was appropriate for all ages, lasted about an hour, and was all on one floor. There is also an opportunity to play one of their organs on site. Very informative tour!

Very organized and informative tour. Our guide, Jeb was fantastic, funny and worked at his given station. His knowledge was wealthy and was sure to answer or get answers from the respective person on our tour. I'm 56 but had my father in law with me, he's 94. Our guide was in tune with his age was was attentive as could be making sure he was comfortable with the pace. Even if you have no interest in pipe organs, the knowledge of the mechanics will astound you....and it's free!

We toured this factory on July 7, 2016. Dave was our guide and he was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about how pipe organs are made. He walked us through every step from receiving the raw wood to packing and delivering the finished product. I never knew that there was so much to making a musical instrument. I highly recommend this factory tour. Thanks, Dave, for teaching us so much about pipe organs.
