Star Tracker 7 blocked shuttle access at the port for over an hour despite repeated asks to move to a non-reserved area. Guides were rude. Do not support this company.

Our experience at Star Track Tours left us seriously concerned. After being let down by the tour company across the street, we hoped things would be better here. At first, we were met by an older man named Gerald, who said he was the Director of Sales. We asked to speak with Christian, the Tour Manager, who offered us what sounded like a fair price for our family of ten. But then Gerald cut in, insisted he ran things, and that Christian wasn’t authorized to give those prices. Gerald’s own quote was twice as high. After we politely declined his offer, things took a strange turn—Gerald’s attitude shifted, and he became pretty hostile. He made some negative remarks, saying we’d only get what we pay for and even called the other company “the cartel.” It’s honestly worrying to see this kind of behavior from Hollywood tour companies.

Dan is the Captain Kirk of these tours. If you are fortunate enough to get him as your tour guide you will be blessed. His knowledge of the area and the various places is unmatched. Also, if you love a little music history as I do he knows all the details. The tour was wonderful. Thank you Dan for your interest in our stories but also sharing your experiences as well. He’s the best!

The tour stated 2 hours for the Hollywood sign and it was literally 30 min a waste of time as the tour literally drives you from meeting point to a random side street to see the sign from a far and then returns back . I could have done this myself . Not worth $25 each plus $5 fuel fee plus taxes . Not worth it at all ! Parking was $20. I spent $131 for 4 persons for something we saw driving to the pickup location . We were bamboozled. Their reviews are probably fake !

I took the tour yesterday at Star Track Tours. It was the best that that we ever had. The driver Aaron was funny and had a good time. He explained everything just as they showed us a video on the TV if all the homes inside and out. I recommend everybody to take Star Track Tours.Its the best in Hollywood. I’ve been on many tours in Hollywood and I recommend Star Track Tours.
