I have been a member at MMFitness since 2022. The results that I have achieved are life changing. My anxiety and stress have reduced dramatically. My quality of sleep has improved, and my overall sense of wellbeing has enhanced. The improvement in my physical appearance is just an added bonus. What I love most about MMFitness is that they have a variety of fitness programs to best match your needs. I personally enjoy the large group workout sessions. And if my parents lived in this area, I would have them in the 40+ small group sessions. The Trainers at MMFitness have Good energy, focused attention and are respectful of your time. Wow, what a great coach and methodical workout. Micah remembered everyone by name including me from just one class! What stood out to me was how much coaching he gave and how he constantly circled around to push everyone and encourage everyone. Highly recommend this gym + instructor.
