Ordered the katsu moco and made sure to order online as I've read reviews that the wait can be a bit long. So glad I ordered ahead since my food was ready upon arrival and several others waiting...

Whew! That was good. Mad I've lived in this area for 4 years and have never stopped by after leaving the gym. Surprised I got that much food for that price. Girl at the register was polite.

I preordered my meal 30 min before arriving so that I can just pick it up and go along my way. When I arrived I find out that their website had issues and that none of the orders were processed...

TRASSHHHH 25 minute wait for all proteins, waited and my chicken was COLD... this place is an absolute joke of a restaurant sauce containers don't even work, spilled everywhere. no flavor.
