By hiring experienced people in customer service ! Especially the manager! They have lots of problems with rescheduling hair appointments if one of their employees get sick!

I've been going here for a couple of years to get my massages and have been very pleased so I thought I would try their hair salon services. I asked for side swept bangs and ended up with bangs that go across the middle of my forehead. I've had to do my best to pin them back on top of my head. Hoping they grow out fast.

Hubby was at work event. It was a gloomy day. I wasn't sure what to do, but found the salon & say spa close to our hotel. They were able to get me right in. It was a little bit more than I wanted to spend on a massage, but it came with a bunch of pampering perks. It was amazing, the staff was friendly, my massage lady was very nice. The massage was the best part, but I also loved the hot steamed shower. They have all the Avdea products you could think of using post shower. Hair, skin and so on. I truly don't get that kind of pampering,..and I LOVED IT. You should always don something for you...and this should be it!!!
