Once you've viewed the room and are ready to sign the contract with us, you will pay a security deposit. This deposit is not inclusive of the room rental rate. The amount you deposit will be returned within 30 days following your event provided there are no issues or damages to the facility.Our ballroom is 9,000 square feet in size.
