New management company CS American Management since September 2023. Since this time it has been nonstop upgrades. Do we have more to go YES...are we going to continue YES! New tubs, surrounds, carpet, vinyl, replacing plumbing and installing those dinosaur furnaces. This all takes time but we have some of the best residents that have been so appreciative and supportive. We welcome anyone to stop by for a tour to see our progress and visit with some of our awesome residents. Hope to see you soon.
