tripadvisorNot sure how this is getting a 4.0 rating….It is dirty, no security(front doors broken and open wide 24/7 for 10 days we were there), and housekeeping was not good and only on request, also floors in hallways and steps were covered with stains and the animal hair, and dirt and leaves that were on them the first day were never vacuumed up the entire time we were there, etc, etc. No garbage cans in kitchens, so people leave their nightly garbage from take out in the halls. Just very dirty in the common areas. We will not return. Disappointing as we had a good stay here 8 years ago, but it is not the same today.
MoreNice hotel. Check in was quick and easy. Nice room; clean and well maintained. Breakfast was okay...not a lot of selections, but good enough. The location is a little off of 470, but actually easy to get to. Lots of dining options in the area. We will stay here again.
MoreWe had a really nice stay the week of Christmas. Our room had an L shaped couch, a coffee table and 3 chairs, as well as a table we used as our game table. The kitchen had a full sized refrigerator with ice maker, stove and dishwasher. The bed was very comfortable, and we didn't hear any outside noise once in our rooms. My favorite thing was the strong water pressure and good shower head. There was a hot chocolate station and tea/coffee station always available. We liked the fitness center. Everything very clean. It was so nice to have places to sit other than the bed, which is the only option in most hotel rooms. Highly recommend!
MoreJust a quick overnighter for us — but everything is perfect, starting with such care for us by Shaniqua on the front desk, helping us time our car-trouble-delayed arrival to the room’s readiness. It was most appreciated! We had a spacious 2-Bedroom (Kings)/2-Bath (one with a tub) Suite with screened windows for a breeze. There is an ice machine off the lobby, next to the fitness room (free weights) and an indoor pool/jacuzzi. Breakfast is the usual delicious RI spread, including blueberry bagels so chock full of blue berries you won’t believe your eyes. Special thanks also to Shasta who helped us on the phone select our room weeks before arrival. A wonderful team here!
MoreThis place is dilapidated and unkept. The rugs in the hallway are fully stained and the front desk unprofessional. The Wi-Fi does not work and when you need help with it, they direct you to call their Internet provider to try and get you connected to the wifi. Our room smells like we’re staying in a dingy basement. We made reservations at the Springhill suites which is a nice new hotel on the other side of town and they overbooked and bumped us to this hotel and told us it was an upgrade. Who are they kidding? This place is a dump.
