This hotel was completely disgusting. It was filthy. The furniture was stained. There was mold around the tub in the grout. The carpet was filthy. I couldbarely plug anything into the wall because these sockets were so loose. I highly advise that you do not stay here. Cabinet doors would not even close and areas were all ripped up and torn up inside the cabinet. There’s no way to close the curtains so that you can block the sun. I’ve included a picture. Terrible experience. I’m embarrassed that they are with Hilton honestly

We stayed 3 nights here while visiting family in the Scottsdale area. Our room (on the 4th floor) was clean, quiet, and comfortable (but the furniture was starting to show its age). Breakfast was good and kept well-stocked.

This hotel is in need of a complete renovation. I am shocked at how outdated the furnishings, flooring, and tv were. The towels were very thin, The TV was not a smart TV and did not allow streaming. Very disappointing experience.

The stay at Hampton Inn in Tempe was one of the worst experiences with Hilton. The room had several things broken like the iron and ironing board which also spoilt my shirt. The heating unit was creaky and noisy. Check in was not good either.The only good thing was the manager (Lena) who we met during check out. Lena was considerate and understood the seriousness of the situation.

Their front sign says “making you happy makes us happy” and it really felt that way. The staff was kind and helpful. I think this hotel definitely needs a bit of work done to help update it. Our room was very spacious and had lots of storage and places to use/store in. We appreciated how clean it was. The pull out couch mattress i would personally not recommend for an adult. It was fine for our son who isn’t heavy. Not sure if that was just our pull out couch or all of them - but I’d get 2 queens instead of the king and pull out next time. :)
