Overall, my stay was mixed. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit, but there were some significant issues with the hotel itself.I completed digital check-in several hours before arriving and arrived around 9:00 PM. My name had been misspelled by one letter in the reservation system, so the front desk employee had to locate my reservation using the confirmation number. There appeared to be only one person working the front desk, so I understood why the check-in process took a little longer.The biggest concern came after I received my keys. I went to the assigned room and discovered that another guest was already staying there. Being given a working key to an occupied room was a serious safety, security, and privacy concern for both the other guest and me. It made me wonder whether someone could potentially be given access to my room in the same way.I returned to the front desk, and the employee was extremely apologetic and quickly moved us to a double queen room. I appreciated how professionally the situation was handled. The replacement room was okay overall, although one of the beds had visible stains on the sheets.Breakfast was about what I expected from a hotel breakfast, so I had no complaints there. The hotel itself seemed somewhat outdated and possibly understaffed, but the employees did a good job considering the circumstances.At checkout, I spoke with the manager about what happened. She listened to my concerns and provided a $25 refund because of the room assignment mistake, which I appreciated.Overall, my lower rating is mainly due to the occupied-room incident and cleanliness concerns, not the staff. The employees were the strongest part of the experience. I would recommend that management improve room-status verification and housekeeping inspections to prevent similar situations in the future.

Did not get the room i requested and it was on the books that every question that the gentleman instead of the women that normally run the front desk put me in another room said that room was not available i later check and found out it was he lied about it

Very nice staff and good accommodations. Convenient for travel layover.
