Avoid room 734 if you can help it. I spend around 25% of my year in hotel rooms, mostly Marriott, and no one has made me feel more ‘F*** off’ than this Westin in last 2 years. Checked in late and very tired. Noticed that toilet was leaking as soon as I got in. I knew it will take time to fix it, so requested room change but denied. Anyway engineer came in 10 min. And then another 15-20 min to get new part and fix toilet. Got up middle of night as someone was knocking on door but found no one. Same thing happens after another 20 min and again after 20 min before I realize sound is coming from inside the room. Another hour to figure out it was AC Unit. Mentioned same to front desk in the morning who assured to send an engineer. Came back at 5pm and asked front desk who assured that problem is fixed. 10pm about to hit bed, knocking sound came back. It only happened when I tried to cool the room. Called front desk, this time they asked to come down with luggage to grab a new key. No sir, I must come down, so I change clothes, pack my bag and go down. Next room was fine.This hotel is fairly booked and busy. If you have issues with the room, I will bet you won’t get service you deserve and paid for. For me, I am going back to Renaissance Dallas North where people know me by face by now.PS: You would want to avoid swimming pool at top floor, paint on the floor is peeling off. Gym looked okay though.

Location convenient to airport but little else noteworthy. Service simply adequate. Food service over priced and not worthy of westin reputation. Rooms are small and though refurbished looking are clearly old. Bathroom in particular was small and dated. The halls would benefit from a proper cleaning to remove grime from the walls and room doors. Were it not for the convenience and my membership I’m not sure I would have chosen it, and I certainly won’t if visiting the area again.

Terrible people and do not follow policy. This place is a scam please stay far away from it. I placed a reservation for parking and when i tried to get a shuttle, no one picked up the phone. Rude and will take your money and try and hold your car hostage

Customer service was awful. One of the noisiest hotels I ve stayed at. Airport shuttle never came after waiting over an hour.

I was stranded at the airport due to weather related cancellations. I got an amazing rate at this hotel to stay for the day until my evening flight. Dannyfer helped me check in and when the extra mile to get me an early check-in with no fee due to being a member. I didn’t even ask her to do this for me and she went above and beyond. She was super pleasant and really made my day special due to having this layover and getting up so early in the morning. I was really grateful to find a place to lay down and be able to sleep early in the morning and get breakfast.
