This was an excellent evening of great food and memorable entertainment. The meal was wonderful and simple, but flavorful and plentiful. The music was fantastic. This is a must do for all.

Visited with the family today for the first time and it is a must see. They served brisket, smoked sausage, potatoes, baked beans and biscuit. Tea and Water to drink, all you could eat. If you like that food and enjoy country western music you will enjoy it. Home Rangers played the night we went. Ranger Stan, the main singer, is also funny funny and keeps the crowd laughing. The atmosphere is a ranch and it brings you there. Everyone was very friendly. The food came out very orderly and they kept out drinks and plates full.

Got to the venue and was greeted by a gentleman dressed in chaps who showed us where to park and told us what attractions were on the grounds. We registered for dinner in the Opera House and then toured the museum. We then took a very short wagon ride. The “dinner bell” was rung promptly at 6:15 pm and dinner was served at 6:30 with beef brisket that melted in your mouth, sausage that was cooked to perfection, baked beans and small yellow potatoes. This was served with biscuits. There was water, coffee - leaded and unleaded - and iced tea. There was seconds of everything if you wanted including biscuits thrown to you by the guy in chaps. Desert was warm Apple Cobbler with vanilla ice cream. The “show “ started shortly after 7:30 and was a lot of fun. If we are ever in the area again, we will go back

Excellent cowboy food was served at country-style tables! The staff took pride in their work as they well should. They mingled with the crowd and made us feel right at home. And then there was the music! Good old-fashion boot-tappin' country! Something out of the ordinary...

This was a very clean well-maintained property. Delicious, all you can eat food. Music crossed over to pop with Neil Diamond impersonator, Keith Allynn. He interacted with the audience, funny and sounded like Neil Diamond. Really a great show!
