Somewhere in the nebulous area that's not quite Las Vegas, not quite Henderson and not quite Green Valley...is, in fact, Green Valley. This is where the people of Las Vegas live. Here, independent children's secondhand stores and neighborhood florists are nearly overshadowed by giants such as Burlington Coat Factory or Safeway. Somewhere in these suburbs, a sense of community flourishes that is unlike anything in Las Vegas or equally large city centers. They stand and chat at the cash register for hours with their friends. They don't seem to have any desire to return to the hectic, air-conditioned wonderland that is Central Las Vegas. This is the beauty of District at Green Valley Ranch.

Fun place to walk around when the weather is not too bad! It's great for gifts and shopping. And it's really close to the casino so that's fun. Parking we had to kind of just get lucky, but I always recommend visiting here.

MoreThis is a well designed mixed use development. A central drive bisects the development terminating at a Casino. Upon entry the buildings are commercial/retail. Along the central spine, the ground level has food & beverage and quality shops. Upper floors are condominiums. Architectural style is Post Modern reinforced by nicely designed landscape architecture.
MoreA great selection of restaurants and shops. There is plenty of parking with a nice casino. A great alternative for a break from the strip if you're visiting. We had a lovely meal at Bella Vita.
