Burro Cheese Kitchen reaffirms the fact that sometimes the best food is not found in fine dining restaurants but in tiny food stands. It specializes in gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches that combine home-made sauces, specialty cheeses and breads, in a way that the concept of the traditional grilled sandwich acquires a new meaning. Enjoy sandwiches like Dark Hawaiian, Waylon and Willie and Croque-Madame that are as visually appealing as they are delicious. This family-owned restaurant is situated in a ship container that was reconstructed by owner Justin Burrow himself into a one-room trailer. Now, it consists of a bright yellow, mounted cabin situated on a shady lawn with plenty of chairs and tables spread on the grass.
