This has been our go-to theater for years and this was the worst experience we've ever had. We could tell the sound was off in the first few minutes of the coming attractions so my husband went out and told management. They stopped the movie and tried to fix it but it wasn't much better. By this time the movie started and we couldn't tell what was being said so he went out again and they stopped it again. Still wasn't much better but we saw no point in asking again. Obviously they didn't have anyone there capable of fixing it. When we left my husband went and talked to the manager again and just got lip service. Don't know if we will be going back soon if at all.

We have made a habit of trying to see a new movie on date night and follow it by a nice meal. We try to go during the week when it isn't too crowded. We like being able to pick out our seats before entering the theater. It is clean and usually has a good variety of movies to select from. The rest rooms are usually clean, also.

Seniors rate for all movies. Nice to get a little discount. Movie selection is very good and seating arrangement is excellent.

Our visit to Harkins was enjoyable and relaxing. The theater was fairly quiet because of the time of the day. I am looking forward to another visit to Harkins in Prescott Valley, Az

staff was friendly and helpful. the theatre was clean. we got senior price for the movie. only 5 in our show.
