Nice staff, breakfast pretty good, evening cookies great, disappointed with airport shuttle service—waited over an hour for pick up. Lighting in bathroom a bit dark. Room otherwise nice. Close to Applebees. Close to Airport. Free airport shuttle and parking.
MoreMy husband & I stayed 2 nights while visiting my cousin. Norman at check was very personable & made checking in easy. We were very happy with the room decor and layout. The bathroom had the all the necessary items. I liked that the hotel switched to big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel & lotion - much more environmentally conscious! Michelle , breakfast attendant, was very friendly. She does an amazing job with so much variety of food & drink offerings. We travel extensively & this was the BEST hotel breakfast we have ever had. The variety & quality of food offered was perfect. Coming in the evening they had great chocolate chip cookies too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Boise area. Great hotel, Hampton Inn now part of Hilton Honors program!
MoreI chose this hotel based on proximity to the airport. The hotel was clean, the desk staff super friendly, and the breakfast hot. There was some traffic noise from the interstate, but it was plenty quiet for a hotel so close to an airport. The building seems a little older, but still plenty serviceable. I'd stay here again.
MoreI’ve never been treated so poorly than I was by the guy that was working the front desk when I checked in. I’ve been a Hilton Diamond member for 11 years. I will never be back to this hotel.
MoreMy wife made the reservation she needed to stay in the car to feed baby while I checked in I couldn’t because my name wasn’t on file even tho my name was on the payment card I had to go back to the car and get the confirmation number cause that’s what he asked for then he needed my id which I had then he needed my wife’s id .second trip out then he actually needed to see my wife third trip out and then I was told because my name wasn’t on file we couldn’t use my card to pay for the room at this point I was pissed I had been up since 4 am and checked in at 10 pm so Hampton if you actually read this just know your guy Nearlyl pissed himself when I told him off because we had all the things we needed Room was nice just not the staff but still won’t ever stay here again
