The woman tour guide was extremely rude and asking a question wasn't an option. Seems like it was more of a sales pitch for their partner businesses. Cowboy Jeff was great. Don't waste your money or time .

This tour is a waste of time and money. Our tour was supposed to start at 11am, however we didn't leave until 11:10am and the tour ended at 11: 28am. The content of the tour was lacking - I learned where the 3 bathrooms in town are and the location of a museum that was closed. There might have been more information to be gained, however I could not understand the guide. She didn't speak clearly. In summary, do not waste your time and money on this tour.

One long sales pitch for businesses they partnered with by an uninspired tour guide. At least it was only 25 minutes long.

Four of us made plans to take the Solvang Trolley. We checked the websites (theirs and one for the town) as well as telephoned. The hours stated that they start at 11 am. We agreed to meet the Trolley and planned our day around this event. We get to the spot and learn that they decided to cancel for the day. You would think that they would update their website and their voice mail message, but they did not. It was a beautiful day and there was no reason that we could find that they cancelled. It seemed rude and inconsiderate.
