Very nice hotel. Nice facilities. Close to everything

Fantastic location in a nice part of Miami. It's very easy to either walk to Downtown /Bayside or do what we did and get the free metro mover around this chunk of miami. The hotel itself is amazing and extremely modern looking. The apartments are very modern and clean. They provide the basic utensils. The bed is absolutely huge and the whole apartment is very spacious and we loved the walk in wardrobe area. Overall a very luxury feeling apartment and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The pool is also a big plus as its very big, warm and lots of sunbeds and towels to use. Because of the surrounding buildings and the pool being on the 6th floor in a 20 floor building the sun does struggle to get to the pool area though. They have a bar by the pool with a tv which was great for watching some of the world cup football. I didn't use the gym but that also looked great. The only down sides we found was the fact there's a massive construction site building some sort of skyscraper so there's a bit of noise from that but I guess this isn't really the hotels fault and it won't be there forever. Also there's a daily service fee of $29.95 on top of your original booking so watch out for this. They also take a substantial deposit fee when checking in of $400 which your service fee gets subtracted from. But my currency is English pounds so my bank charged me nearly £10 conversion fee. I didn't like that. I'd rather they just held the $400 as a holding fee so I wouldn't get the conversion rate fee. Also I'd rather just have the option of the service fee as we weren't in the apartment much and so housekeeping wasn't needed every day. No place is perfect though but overall this is a great place to stay!

The hotel , the room the on site restaurant are all good. Clean and friendly staff. Gave 4 stars for the beds . They were soft mattress and not very comfortable. For a night it was ok

From the moment they helped us pick the perfect room, to the time we checked out, the employees were kind and couldn’t have been more helpful. Our room was very well maintained, with a view that was unparalleled! The Location, incredible - near the water and in the center of Brickell. Everything was moments away and an easy walk. We stayed for six days and enjoyed every moment! We would definitely return again.
