Front desk was very rude for no reason. There was hair all over our shower, a stain on a towel, mirrors were dirty, there was no parking, the beds are uncomfortable. It just felt icky, my husband didn’t even want to take a shower because it was so dirty.

We just stayed there on Sunday. The front desk was cheerful and polite. The chair at the desk leaned back so far that unless I had my feet on the bed is was impossible to be comfortable. I did request that they bring me a different chair, but nothing ever happened. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast had a large selection from which to choose. Like most hotel breakfast rooms, whenever someone moved a chair, it was a loud scraping sound. I don't understand why they don't fix that.

We stayed here after going through many hotels and everyone was booked. We had the pleasure of being helped by Bianca, who was super accommodating and helpful and it was a very good stay forBoth me and my Aunt. Thank you Bianca!

The rooms were sub par at best. The pool is more of a kiddy pool. The hot tob was warm at best. The manager was not very accommodating to our needs. We stay at alot of hotels and will not be coming back to the Hilton garden and suites anytime soon.

This was a great location, convenient to restaurants and the interstate. We walked in the area and it felt safe.The hotel was clean and the front desk clerk, Ciara, was a great ambassador for Hilton. She was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant. The breakfast was typical fare. It was served hot and the area was kept clean. The front desk clerk helped with keeping the coffee supplied and the food was well stocked. We would not hesitate to stay here again!
