This spa provided exactly what I was looking for: relaxing and beautiful environment, variety of water features, and, of course, a great massage! AnnaMae gave me a fabulous deep tissue massage- it was definitely in my top two massages ever! She knew exactly where to treat to reach all my painful areas/knots. The bonus surprise was the heated tile lounge chairs! I spent close to 90 minutes on one and it was an awesome was to relax especially after the massage. The staff were attentive and very helpful. I ate lunch at the pool bar just outside the spa. The blackened grouper sandwich was yummy and it came with a side of fresh berries. I had the jalapeño margarita and a mimosa - both excellent! Even though it was a cool and cloudy day, I was still able to enjoy the outdoor pool because it was heated just right. I really appreciated that you had access to the spa, fitness center, and pool area all day. Made for a lovely day of “me time”! Highly recommend!

My massage was good...it is the spa that has me planning my next trip! On the woman's side there is both a dry and wet sauna AND a hot tub (all spacious and soooo clean!)...lounge chairs, enormous showers...the entire place was soooo clean...soooooo clean...There was a room with lounge chairs and a wall of water running, so pleasant...Anything you might need is around...nail files, combs, mouthwash, lotion, razors, etc. etc. There was an attendant in the female area who gave me a tour and was available throughout my time to answer questions and kept things clean and tidy. The entire place is very relaxing....the unisex area has 4 heated loungers...this was one amenity that there could have been more of...I essentially lounged on one for a few hours...with a magazine...amazing...The unisex area has a large hot tub, an outside patio with a cold foot pool, and plenty of lounging areas to enjoy. In the unisex and female/male areas there is a water/hot tea/coffee/snack mix area. There are those little spinny things to dry your suit and plastic bags for them...just loved all the little details that were thought of. The massage table was probably the best I've ever had. It was SO comfortable, heated AND it actually raised my head when I flipped to my back...after the massage we were greeted by our therapist with a water and a delicious spoon of refreshing sorbet! I look forward to returning...thinking of making this a new habit.

My husband enjoyed the couples massage, the staff was friendly and the amenities are clean. Definitely going back soon!

I had the hot stone massage and it was absolutely wonderful. I love the heated table, I love the ambience, I love the Prosecco -it was an awesome experience. Tori is a great massage therapist. I had a pedicure next from Alexis. I have not had a pedicure in about a year because of an accident with my toe. She was gentle thorough and my feet looked fabulous so thank you! I will be back

Recently on November 19th I was at your spa with my father. We both had massages and while we were in the jacuzzi both of our robes were taken. Mine had my IPhone 12pro in it and my business. I immediately went and told the locker room attendant, who called it in to the front desk to search as well. After he search for my robe for twenty minutes in the laundry bin in the mens locker room I asked him to call security. In my towel I went to the front desk asking one of the managers and I said that it’s most probably in a another laundry bin to please look. After another 10 minutes I went looking again through the spa for our robes. Now I’m asking guests to please check there robe pockets for my phone. I went to the front desk again and saw Colleen Stiritz walking by holding an I phone. I asked her if it was mine. She just laughed and said no it’s mine. I told her again to call security as well as the police if security can‘t come, and to please check the other bins for my phone. Mind you my father and I are completely stressed out and I’m doing all this in a towel in the spa lobby. Security still had not come. It’s now been over an hour. As I’m changing in the locker room the attendant brings me my I phone. They finally found it in the other bin. When I was leaving I asked to speak to the manager. They said she was in a meeting. I told the front desk that I’m not leaving until I speak to the manager. About 15 minutes later Colleen Stiritz finally came out.She seemed completely unaware of what my last hour of experience has been in her spa even though I’ve spoken with her twice about my missing phone. She was short and uninterested when I explain the horrible experience that my father and I had at the Rock Spa. Finding my phone shouldn’t have taken over an hour. I proceeded to the security desk to make a report. Security was already expecting me. I explained the whole scenario to her and how I didn’t understand why security didn’t come. She was surprised as well seemingly like she was never called. The young lady took all the notes and told me I would be expecting a call which I never received. I took my father to the spa to have an enjoyable relaxing day it turned into a nightmare. Terrible management
