Overall, the room was fine. Had the king suite which was nice since I get up considerably earlier than my wife and had a separate room to use without waking her. Comfortable bed with choice of pillows. The only reason for the meh review was the floor needing cleaned very badly. Was barefoot before a shower and stepped into the wet tub and left quite dirty footprints on the wet floor of the tub. Should be an easy fix.

The location was conveniently located to event venues we visited, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Everything functioned well; however, the mirrored closet door had a broken latch. I mentioned this to the young man at the counter when checking out. The breakfast menu was fantastic! Every morning besides options like cereal, yogurt, and Texas shaped waffles, different days had items including bacon, tater tots, sausage and eggs, biscuits and gravy, cheese omlets, French Toast, and hash browns. The coffee bar included a dispenser of cucumber water. This La Quinta by Wyndham Inn and Suites was very Nice!

I saw the mixed reviews but was hoping for the best…don’t make our mistake! Our door didn’t have the top lock and “coincidentally” as my family went to breakfast the housekeeper AND HER DAUGHTER just walked right into the room. Crazy thing is my dog was barking so she knew it was occupied. I was in the middle of changing and said “excuse me” to which she had an attitude asking “checking out?” We were but it was also 9 am and checkout wasn’t until 11. So unless you want to deal with whatever intentions she had in your room full of belongings-go anywhere else. We’ve moved 9 times (multiple with La Quinta) with the military and I have never had this experience. 100% will avoid this chain for the safety and security for myself, my family and our belongings moving forward.

TV control didn’t work well. Would not switch channels. Luggage carts were hard to handle especially on carpet. Not enough bath towels in bathroom. Stale chips in cupboard that were purchased. They were not policing expiration dates. Good food at breakfast. Clean room and common areas. Pleasant check in service.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating for our pets. Would definitely stay at this location again.
