Nowhere to eat! Came 5 hours to shop and didn’t think we would need to eat before we got here. Your directory is so outdated that nothing is right. Nice stores. Great space but where does everyone eat?

I went to this shopping center because there were a bunch of stores and I wanted some new shoes. Since we were working and on our lunch break we were carrying our clipboards and the rudest most racist man I have ever met in my life kicked us out. I saw others there with clipboards and they weren’t kicked out. So why are you kicking us out? Guess because they were Caucasians. His name is Josh. Supposedly he is the manager but what manager treats customers this way? We couldn’t buy anything because my husband was kicked out and he called me to leave the store. When I advised Josh that we were shopping he said he didn’t care and he wanted us gone. That unprofessional behavior should not be tolerated and he should be fired! He caused you guys to lose at least $600 in revenue just with me and my husband cuz we were ready to spend some money there! We can afford it! Never ever will I go back to this place especially when they have a manager with such disgusting behavior.

Fast cash is a giant scam. They will not allow you to spend it. We visited customer service and they said it’s due to the owner not honoring it but they are blaming some app issue and have been for over a year. Then they say, don’t worry, you can still earn it What does earning it matter if we can never use it?

Scam!! Nex app is completely a scam, have over 1100 in fast cash saved up, and can't use. They say they are working on it.. been over a year... total crap! Manager there is a con man!

Fiancé bought my engagement ring from a store in Nebraska crossing (won’t disclose where. They were lovely, it’s the mall I’m writing about). He signed up for the Nebraska Crossing app with the understanding that he would be gaining additional money to use under their Fast Cash rewards program. Well… he didn’t know that the third party they were using to distribute the cash had dissolved and that they were not giving anybody access to THEIR money. Frustrated that it’s been over 7 months with no resolve and management’s wishy washy attitude to get this taken care of for their clients. Terrible situation, terrible way of handling it, and zero care for the fact that people are missing out on thousands of dollars they had been promised in some instances. Very disappointing for a supposedly upscale shopping location.
