tripadvisorRe-upload of an older review for this account. Went to go see the Wicked Broadway tour here. What a great venue, great staff, comfortable seats, I even got a special deal through the ticket house to get third row seats for an incredible discount. Seeing Defying Gravity live, that close is a life changing experience. The theatre itself is historic with a lot of great detail and design.
MoreWonderful place! My daughter and I enjoyed Hamilton and the wonderful staff. Everything ran smooth from performance to intermission to the end!
MoreAn elegant and stately venue that is located in Omaha's historic arts district. The acoustics were clear and adjusted to a good listening level where every instrument was clearly heard within the balanced mix. The show, Mannheim Steamroller, was exceptionally delightful to bring in the Spirit of Christmas! The presentation was extraordinarily magical and filled with a sparkle of holiday wonder. The instruments all had great sound quality, some with unusual tunings that added a layer of mystique. Each one was blessed by a virtuoso musician to accompany that instrument. There is ample parking adjacent to the venue with a parking lot security guard to watch over your vehicle. A skywalk links access from parking to the venue. An abundance of volunteers are there to assist you with assigned seating and the onsite elevator operators are working the premises as well. The audience was sophisticated and courteous. There are some light refreshments available... We grabbed the cheese, grapes, and crackers assortment and enjoyed it. The full bar also offers bottled water, club soda, and hot coffee. There was a small booth to purchase band merchandise located somewhat adjacent to the refreshments area. Overall it was a beautiful concert experience in a gorgeous, first class theater!
MoreWonderful experience and are going again soon everybody who goes I hope they enjoy it very very very much because I did so much!!!
MoreWe saw John Melloncamp, concert was really good. Sounded petty good. Liked the style of the decorations, although many of the contemporary pieces are more ornate. I’m 5’7 and 165 lbs. I could barely fit in the chair. I could not even get my knees to a 90 degree bend. Absolutely impossible to stretch without kicking the person next to you without kicking them out of their seat. I was cramping up. I can’t imagine what all those massive slobs in the audience felt like.
