Sad and clinging to its long gone glory days I was staying across the street at Marriott and decided to check it out I used to come here for Sunday dinners at the old Sidewalk Cafe (it's long gone) Regency is a sad little place holding on to its glory days back in the 80-90's High-end stores and no one about the place Stores seem to cater to people in the 40-60 age range lots of signs saying what you can't do--see my photos! Trying to cater to old school money that has moved further west and no longer needs the pretension of regency There's a coffee shop/bakery along with a mid range restaurant Clean and nice but empty of people. Most shops seemed closed by 6:30pm

Wide variety of stores with usual options of malls all across the States. If you have seen one, you pretty much have seen them all.

I'm a HUGE fan of Borsheims and they never disappoint me. There also are a couple of nice clothing stores and a fur stor which are fun. And, Garbo, their beauty salon always manages to take care of me if I need a mani when I'm traveling.

It is a nice looking small mall, however the stores are all specialty store except maybe for pottery barn. It is very high end, quality and pricewise (ie expensive), Has some nice restaurants. Definetly NOT family friendly. If you like exclusive, expensive stuff, this is for you, otherwise you are better off at one of the othr malls in Omaha.
