The Empyrean Brewing Company was established in 1990 as a part of the Lazlo's Brewery & Grill. The company brews smooth and refreshing beers in small batches. These handcrafted beers have gained much popularity among the locals. Their bottled beers are distributed all over Lincoln. The brewery is open to public visitation via guided tours. Attend their Monday Beer School and sample different flavors.
