FIrst, I love strolling up and down Magazine Street. Second, I love great art. What's different about Cole Pratt is that you will see art that you don't see in other galleries. They have a really nice variety of modern, contemporary, abstract art from local/regional artists ... many of them making their debut in the New Orleans art scene. The staff is friendly, courteous, professional and easy to talk to. No snobby attitudes here, just helpful and knowledgeable.
MoreI visited the Cole Pratt Gallery for an open house event. I enjoyed the variety of collections they displayed. The staff was very welcoming and could tell you anything you wanted to know about each piece. Getting a history on the artists really added to the experience. I would certainly visit again - great place!
