Spent a couple hours on the Natchez on the afternoon of March 19, 2026. The first half of the trip was a narrated tour of sights going downriver. The narrator had the most amazing voice!!!! I loved learning about all the places along the river, but his voice was just the icing on the cake! The return portion was a jazz trio and they were also fantastic!! We heard all kinds of jazz tunes. Some people got up and danced even. The weather was perfect, the music was perfect, and the narration was perfect! Would definitely recommend!!

Loved this. Food was good, jazz band was great, staff excellent, narration was interesting. Plenty of varied locations across four levels to sit, inside or outside, a highlight of our brief trip to New Orleans.

We love water and the river and so very much enjoyed the Steamboat Natchez cruise. It is a bit longer than what it needs to be to get the feel of the river, but we liked it very much.

When we were in New Orleans on our 24 day bus trip to the deep south with Nagel Bus Tours we had a very enjoyable trip on the Steam Boat. Before the tour started someone on the top deck played the steam organ .That was a site to see all in it self.Very entertaining. We had a great day for a boat trip. This is a very enjoyable lazy day tour .I would go on this trip again if ever in the area

Our family members ranged from age 70 to 13 and we all truly enjoyed this experience. The calliope was cool, but very loud, so just be warned. We did the lunch cruise during the week and the food was pretty good! The narration was excellent and it was worth seeing things by boat that we could not see on land. The best surprise was the live jazz band because they were incredible! I absolutely recommend this and we would do it again!
