A must stop for some authentic Cajun eats!!! Pepper jack boudin balls and fresh made chicken cracklin. Absolutely delish!

This place was a bit out of the way, but the boudin and fresh cracklins were worth the trip! The boudin was fresh and warm - very tasty, and the cracklins were tender and meaty! Great find!
