We attended mass here and really enjoyed the experience. If you are Catholic and looking for a place to attend Mass, go here. There are so many beautiful Catholic Churches in Baton Rouge. Start with the Cathedral.

This is a very impressive building to check out. Recommend taking the time ro go see when in the area.

We would have loved to take a quiet moment for prayer inside this beautiful cathedral but, sadly, found it closed. Our visit was on a Friday.

Closed on Easter Sunday but we might have arrived late about 12:30pm. Nevertheless the building is beautiful and just makes you feel full of peace!

This was on the map given us by American Queen, as a stop we could take on our Hop-on Hop-off tour. We walked over because I wanted to see the Cathedral, light a candle and say a prayer. It was noon on Saturday and every door was locked up! We were disappointed that we couldn't get in.
