Quick, friendly & professional. Just moved and a neighbor recommended them. Same young man came both times.

Alford Safe and Lock hold they keys to my heart! Don't waste your time getting keys made at a big box store. Alfords is quick, affordable, and great service. Recently, we lost an old motorcycle...

Very professional with real people answering the phone and with prompt service. Specialist on staff.

I was locked out of my house on a Friday. I called and a technician came very quickly. Once there, he was fast and efficient. The technician who responded went above and beyond what he had to do.

The technician was professional and efficient in changing out our door knobs and deadbolts. He identified some problems with the keyless pad so we can get the right one so he can return to install.
