The two front desk staff were great friendly and happy. The lobby hallways and room smelt of marijuana or some other scent which filled my clothing so much that after my flight home my wife could still smell it. The hotel is supposed to be smoke free. Witnessed several people outside of the hotel smoking something that smelled of marijuana. The room was in dire need of maintenance as the drapes were hanging by a thread or off the tracks, the walls were dented missing paint and dirty. The floors were stained and dirty to the point that I wouldn't walk around my room with out shoes.

This hotel, while listed on Trip Advisor as Supreme Inn & Suites, is currently a Comfort Inn & Suites. The hotel has current decor done nicely for this level of hotel, however, housekeeping is very poor. When I entered my room, I found three sticky rings on the desk which I assume was left over from the prior guest's pop cans. But the nastiness really was focused in the bathroom. The toilet seat had not been cleaned and had fluids on it from the prior guest. The toilet bowl had black drippings coming down from the rim of the bowl which had apparently not seen a toilet bowl brush for weeks - caked with growing crud. The shower had WEEKS of soap scum on the glass doors and the pebble pattern on shower pan was filled with black scum. And, yes, this was soup scum buildup, not hard water marks (which would still come clean with a Scotchbrite sponge and Softscrub). Pubic hair and dust bunnies on the floor would indicate that housekeepers are also not sweeping or mopping the floors between guests. This is a simple problem to fix - housekeeping simply needs to start scrubbing the toilet under the rim, wiping down all toilet surfaces, and cleaning the inside of the shower doors & pan (a good start would be to use a Scotchbrite sponge, scrubbrush and Softscrub). When I called the front desk, the clerk was very apologetic and came to the room immediately to check the situation. I asked that she bring a scrubbing sponge and brush, however, she could find neither in the housekeeping kit - not surprising. She took photos and collected the photos I had taken to show the manager and housekeeping staff. I asked that the manager come to the room to see the bathroom condition but he was getting in bed for the evening (he was staying on property) - note that this happened at 8:30 PM - so he was supposed to contact me first thing in the morning before I checked out. When he didn't contact me, I asked at the front desk when I was checking out that he contact me - he didn't. The next day, I called the hotel but had to leave a message (once again asking that the manager call me) since no one answered the phone. I never received a call from the manager. IF the bathroom had been clean, I would have ranked this hotel a 5. This is the filthiest bathroom I've come across in my 30 years of frequent business travel around the world. What a shame that such shoddy housekeeping tarnishes the reputation of what would otherwise be a delightful hotel.

It is now (November 2019) named Comfort Inn & Suites. The staff was very pleasant. Check in was quick and easy. The location was easy to find in the middle of a storm and is right next to the airport. It is an older hotel but quiet and shows normal wear and tear. The room was not run down like some older hotels I have stayed in but is fairly modern in decor. Breakfast pretty much the usual continental breakfast but well stocked and looked appetizing with plenty of seating in the breakfast area. The only negative that I could say: hotel is located about half a mile from what appears to be a small correctional facility with razor wire, facility cannot be easily seen until you are entering I-110. (Not the hotels fault but it is something that one may consider if that kind of thing bothers you.)

Well, I stayed here recently but the name of the hotel was Comfort Inn and Suites....not sure when the name was changed...I think it was a very good value for what we paid....the rooms were nice and clean....breakfast was okay, very much like most free breakfast deals....the ac in the room could have been cooler....near the airport....need to check it out for yourself.

My husband was stuck staying here due to his company paying for it. I came to visit for the first few days of his month long trip and it was awful. Nasty carpet, dusty fans, trash and condom papers behind night stand, several wall plugs didnt work, desk lamp had no bulb, no cups, smelled weird, holes in curtains. The clerk said they are trying to renovate, whoever cleaned the room would be spoken to. I refused to stay and we stayed at a better hotel for the next few days.
