Southside Gardens offers a number of different floor plans and rates in our Retirement Center.
All of our plans inslude the following services:
On Site Management
24-hour around the clock Courtesy Officer at front desk
Two home cooked meals daily – Breakfast and Lunch. Supper meal is optional and can be purchased for $90.00 per month.
Registered Nurse on duty one day a week
Weekly light housekeeping
Activity Director
Planned Activities and recreation
Professional maintenance services for homes and grounds
Group Transportation to shopping, theater, restaurants, etc.
Transportations to Medical Appointments available
