We had such a wonderful time with Gwen. Seeing how well the animals were cared for and getting to feed the sloths was a dream come true! Charlie the Raven was so friendly and playful. Can’t wait to go back!

We participated in the Reptile Encounter and it was amazing! The staff is knowledgeable and they are passionate about their career and truly care about every reptile and animal there. The entire encounter exceeded our expectations and we had a blast learning about and meeting each reptile. We are excited to explore more of the animals and encounters at TGR and highly recommend this facility to others!!

I didn't realize what we were getting ourselves into! I have a 4-year-old daughter and a 6-year-old daughter, and this experience was WONDERFUL. There were no crowds to fight through, and we enjoyed real-life interactions with some of the animals and reptiles. It felt very personal, and our guides, Mia and Brandon, were both fun and kind. I highly recommend wearing old clothes and shoes since it is a wildlife park, not a zoo. Overall, I was extremely impressed. The intentional interactions with my kids were memorable because they weren't distracted by other people or the typical shopping distractions found at a regular zoo.

We GREATLY enjoyed this experience and will likely visit again. The animals were well taken care of, and respected as the animal each one is. The guide shared lots of information about each animal and many had signs with information as well. We were able to interact with a few animals, as appropriate for that animal (pet shell of tortoise, talk to Raven, get monkeys to smile and make some of their noises, pet a Cebu and pigs). I did the Serval and Caraval encounter. Apothis, the Serval, was a former housecat (rescued) who loves pets and cuddling against your leg. The guide took photos and videos inside the enclosure for me. The Caracal is more timid and they never know if she (Nova) will come up to you or not (again, they respect each animal). Nova did come up and I gave her some back scratches for a few minutes!
