South Crest Apartments is a great place to call home. Only minutes to shopping and the University of Oregon, Northwest Christian College, Lane Community College, Downtown, and I-5. Large one bedroom unit available. Minutes to Spencer's Butte park with abundant hiking and mountain biking trails. South Crest is surrounded by with trees, turkey and deer. We are also on the Lane Transit District bus route with regular service throughout the day. If you are looking for a great place to live, then South Crest Apartments is an excellent choice. We are a non-smoking property and allow cats with an additional deposit. All our units are spacious and have a great floor plan with plenty of storage. Most of our residents stay for many years. When it is time for them to move, the top two reasons are they buy a house or get a job transfer out of the area.
