I called this company because my Kenmore Elite dryer was leaving what looked like burn marks on my clothes. After a little research on the internet, it sounded like the issue was due to the drum...

Worst service appliance repair company in the valley. Overpriced and horrible customer service! 40 days of waiting for a part! Horrendous communication and response time!!

I would not use this service again, I was charged $250 to replace the thermostat thing on fridge and not given an itemized receipt even after asking for one.
