Kaufman Elementary School is a coeducational institution that is a part of the Conroe Independent School District, which operates nearly 50 schools and serves more than 46,000 students. In addition to regular subjects, the school conducts classes in English as a Second Language, gifted and talented education, art, music, computer applications, and health and physical education. Located in Spring, Texas, Kaufman Elementary School organizes a variety of cocurricular activities, such as breakfast with Santa, dad s day out, freedom day, donuts with dad, grandparent s day and mornings with mom. It has a yearbook team and parent-teacher organization that provides opportunities for discussion of mutual concerns of parents and teachers and fosters communication with the school and community. Established in 2006, Kaufman Elementary School has an enrollment of over 1,000 students in kindergarten through grade four.
