Very pleasant small hotel, warm atmosphere, well arranged spacious and clean room (we had the suite). Breakfast was good. Bed comfortable, staff is nice. Very quiet street. I recommend warmly. Big common living room with many books and games.

We had a delightful stay at Niwot Inn and Spa. We have been curious about Niwot since moving to Colorado and it was exactly what we expected. A friendly, charming little town with coffee shops, antique stores, restaurants all within walking distance of the Niwot Inn. As far as the Inn....we can't say enough about the welcome we received, the care that was shown to us, the beautiful and peaceful ambiance and the little extras that made it extra special. A special shout-out to Bee and Cal who were so accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend a visit to Niwot and especially be sure to stay at the Niwot Inn.

Very cool! Stone fireplace, very comfy bed, cool fixtures/furnishings, and great Staff. Located next door to a great Italian eatery, in a quiet neighborhood with great views.

Beautiful location and place. The breakfast was delicious. Under style as was the happy hour. There’s great attention to detail. The rooms are very pretty with fireplaces and refrigerators and the showers have steam capability. Would definitely return. I’m sure the spa is nice because it was booked solid!

One of the loveliest places I've ever stayed in. Amazing attention to detail, very comfortable in every way, the sauna feature in the bathroom was great, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again whenever I am in the Boulder area.
